People bitch about freelancing platforms all the time.

How Upwork.com sucks. How Freelancer.com sucks. How RentACoder.com sucks.

The problem isn’t the platform or the talents avaliable on the platform.

But rather your mindset and approach in hiring freelancers.

The common mistakes make all the time?

1. They have the most BORING project descriptions. Period.

2. Pay peanuts, get monkeys. If you need ‘low-level’ no-brainer work done, go
for sites such as amazonturks, microwokers, fiverr. Not freelancing platforms.

3. Always start with a TEST project. Test test test… find project-freelancer fit.
